What is Art Therapy ?
Art therapy is a recognized form of psychotherapy, so it’s like a talk therapy session, but more fun! We use art to explore your emotions and thoughts. It works as an emotional toolbox, whether it's drawing, creating a sculpture, or dancing, it helps you get to know yourself better and manage your emotions in a safe way.

Reduces stress and anxiety
Improves mood and self esteem

Is it for me ?
For example:
A person struggling with anxiety might use art therapy to visualize their fears and then transform them into something positive.
Someone experiencing depression may find relief through painting or drawing, as these activities boost mood and increase feelings of accomplishment.
A person wanting to be more confident might use art therapy to explore their feelings and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
You don't need to be an artist to benefit from art therapy. The focus is on the process, not the product. It's a journey of self-discovery, and I'll be there to support you every step of the way.
My workshops are designed to be highly personalized. We'll start by having a conversation about your goals and any specific concerns you have. We can work with a variety of art materials and techniques, so you can choose what resonates with you. Based on your needs, I'll tailor each session to provide you with the support and guidance you're looking for.

At Solene’s Art Therapy Studio; your first session is free! After that, it's 40€ per hour. Alternatively, you can book five sessions for 150€.
You'll receive a confirmation email with the adress and directions. Just bring yourself - I have everything you’ll need!
